My dad used to tell me this story about the time he stayed at camp between sessions. He was alone, listening to the radio, when what must have been a War of the Worlds type of broadcast came on. In his retelling, he was terrified. Alone, at a remote campground, his imagination ran wild.
Fast forward many years, my dad is a composer, and he wonders if he can write a full music theatre piece just for audio; to let our imaginations fill in the blanks from the comfort of wherever you feel comfortable.
Without further ado, I give you our first Audio Opera - or *aupera* - called
"Over The Moon." Music and lyrics by Mark Glick, soprano, yours truly, Emily Glick, with artwork by Anna Martin.
